Pre-order cancellations

You may cancel an unshipped pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email amaranthabah@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns after delivery

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in its original packaging. Contact us before returning anything.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for preference, fit, or an incorrectly selected size. We cover reasonable costs when we confirm an item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective. Items showing use, wear, pet hair, washing, damage after delivery, or missing packaging may be refused for hygiene and safety reasons. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
