Bone Rex™ Pre-Order Policy

A pre-order reserves an item before it is ready to ship. Payment is collected when the order is placed.

Estimated shipping date

Bone Rex™ pre-orders are currently estimated to begin shipping on August 15, 2026. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production, inventory, carrier, or customs delays may affect timing.

If the date changes

If there is a material delay, we will email affected customers with the revised estimate and available options. Customers may accept the new estimate or request a full refund for any unshipped pre-order.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships. Once tracking has been issued and the parcel has been accepted by the carrier, the regular Refund Policy applies.

Mixed orders

If an order contains both pre-order and available items, the complete order may ship together when the pre-order item is ready unless we state otherwise.
